i just helped a guy find our office by giving him directions over the phone.for half an hour.
he was at the intersection less than one mile away.

maybe next time you can just do it in several different accents, sometimes people respond differently to different sounds, which is why some of the GPS devices are in multiple voices...put some ice on those bumps!
